My name is Jose Perez, and I am the founder and owner of Perez Landscaping and Stone Work. I came to America from El Salvador when I was only 20 years old, and spent 16 years working in the landscaping, masonry, and metal working industries.

I founded the company with the goal in mind of having my own business, raising a family, and providing the finest landscaping, pond and water features, metal work, and hardscaping services available to the Washington, D.C. area.  I am a family man with 4 children and 2 grandchildren, and I am passionate about creating beautiful landscapes and gardens for my clients. We are fully licensed and insured in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
